Do I need a separate login for each product?

No. One account covers everything we make. Subscribe to one product or both, and you still sign in once.

How do I pay?

UPI, card or net banking, in rupees. Monthly or yearly — yearly works out at ten months for twelve.

What happens if a payment fails?

Nothing immediately. You keep full access during a short grace period while we retry, and we message you on WhatsApp the same day. Access is only paused after that, and your data is never deleted while an account is paused.

How do I cancel?

Message us on WhatsApp, or cancel from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

Will I get a GST invoice?

Today we issue a plain receipt for every payment. If you need a GST tax invoice for input credit, tell us before you pay and we will confirm what we can do.

Your data stays. Access is blocked after the grace period, but nothing is deleted while the account is suspended, and you can export it or reactivate at any time.

No. Review Engine is an independent tool that connects to your Google Business Profile with your permission, using Google's public API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Only if you turn that on. It is off by default, and most owners keep it off for the first few weeks.

Customers you enrol in a month — not messages sent and not reviews received. It is the number you can predict before you are billed.

Do I need a Facebook Page, or is a personal profile enough?

A Facebook Page and a Business or Creator Instagram account. That is Meta's requirement for publishing through any tool, not ours.
