These terms govern your use of the websites, applications and digital products operated by Kaunto (sole proprietorship of Amol Deshmukh) ("we", "us"), including anything sold under the Kaunto name. By creating an account or paying for anything, you agree to them.

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and "you" means both you and that business.

2. Your account

One account gives you access to every product we offer. You choose which products to subscribe to; an account on its own costs nothing.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite to it. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Give us accurate details. We rely on the email address and phone number on your account to send receipts, renewal notices and anything urgent about your service.

3. What we provide

We provide the products described on this website, as they exist at the time you use them. We add, change and occasionally remove features. If we remove something you are actively relying on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

Each product has usage limits that depend on the plan you are on. Those limits are shown on the pricing page and inside the product, and they are enforced.

Connections to Google, Meta and LinkedIn

Our products connect to third-party platforms — Google Business Profile, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and YouTube — using access you grant yourself, through those platforms' own authorisation screens.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. If a platform changes its API, its policies or your access, our product's ability to work with it changes too, and that is outside our control. We will tell you if it affects you materially.

You are responsible for having the right to manage the business profiles and social accounts you connect.

Some features draft text for you — review replies, post captions. Those drafts are produced by third-party AI models and are suggestions, not statements by us. You decide what gets published. Check a draft before it goes out; you are responsible for what appears under your business's name.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use our products to:

• publish anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing;
• generate, solicit or post fake reviews, or incentivise reviews in a way that breaches Google's policies;
• send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• access accounts or profiles you are not authorised to manage;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the service except under a separate written arrangement with us;
• attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent limits on the service.

We may suspend an account that does any of this, and we will tell you why.

5. Payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Yearly plans are charged for ten months against twelve months of service.

Some yearly plans cost more than ₹15,000. Indian banking rules do not permit an automatic mandate above that amount, so those renewals are invoiced and you approve each payment. We say which plans this applies to on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

We may change prices. An existing subscription keeps its price until the end of the period you have paid for, and we will tell you before a changed price applies to a renewal.

6. Renewal, failed payments and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.

If a payment fails, your access continues for 3 days while we retry and contact you. After that, access is paused. Pausing is not deletion — your data stays intact and comes back the moment you pay.

You can cancel at any time, from your account page or by messaging us. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

7. Your data and ours

Your content stays yours. That includes your customer lists, your posts, your media and the replies you publish. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you — to store it, process it, and send it to the platforms you have asked us to connect.

Everything else — our software, our designs, our copy — stays ours.

What we do with personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may take it down for maintenance, and parts of it depend on third parties whose outages we cannot prevent.

We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. If that changes, it will be a separate written agreement.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or loss arising from content you chose to publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will produce any particular business result — more reviews, better rankings, more customers.

10. Ending this agreement

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where we are required to by a platform or by law. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

What happens to your data afterwards is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email or inside the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolhapur have exclusive jurisdiction.
