Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

Subscriptions

Access is granted immediately once your payment succeeds — usually within a few seconds, and in the rare case of a delay at the bank's end, within a few minutes.

You will see the product unlocked on your dashboard as soon as it happens; you do not need to refresh the page or wait for an email.

We also send a confirmation email to the address on your account, with your receipt.

The ebook

The download link appears on your dashboard as soon as the payment succeeds, and we email it to you as well.

You can download it again at any time by signing in — for as long as you have an account, at no extra cost. If you lose the file, just sign in and download it again.

If something does not arrive

If a payment has gone through and access has not appeared within 15 minutes, message us on WhatsApp at +919405801191 or email support@kauntohq.in with the payment reference. We will grant access manually and find out what went wrong.

We are available 10am – 7pm IST, Monday to Saturday and reply within 4 business hours.

Geography

Our products are sold and supported in India, priced in Indian rupees. There are no shipping restrictions or destinations, because nothing is shipped.

No physical goods

We do not sell, ship, courier or post anything physical. There is no tracking number, no delivery partner and no shipping fee — for any order, of any size.
